A nice forest walk

It was a really nice walk! Just the right temperature and the light felt like it was filtering through the trees just right.

Anyway, I've written this game partly as a reminder to myself to slow down and appreciate moments like this. And if I can't go to the forest when I want to for whatever reason, then I'll damn well imagine it!

I don't usually do photography stuff apart from taking obligatory pet cat photos, so this was a nice change. It was fun messing around with different blending types, too - I ended up only using normal and burn layers, but I think I'm starting to understand the rest a bit better too.

I took a browse through Google Fonts for the typography this time, and settled on Arima and Overlock. The description for Overlock was particularly interesting - apparently the designers were inspired by the sewing technique of the same name. You can kind of see it when you look at the text and images side by side.
